7 days to change your mind
You can return your order unused within 7 days for a refund or a replacement. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice must be given within 7 days from the day on which you receive your jewellery, with the reasons why the jewellery is being returned.
If you change your mind before the jewellery has been packed for despatch you will receive a full refund minus a 5% charge for the merchant fees incurred for processing the transactions.
Goods returned which arrive damaged or lost, will not be credited. Please advise of breakages on receipt within 3 days of receiving the order.
Unless faulty, the goods and gift box/pouch are to be returned at the consumer's cost for posting to and from their destination, in the same condition as despatched and by the same method of posting (ie. Recorded or Special Delivery). Merchant fees which are incurred by Lesley H Phillips jewellery will require reimbursement. A nominal charge will also be applied for packing materials used. Therefore, please note that based on the value of your jewellery a minimum fee of 15% will be charged for goods returned/refunds.
If your jewellery has been despatched by Recorded Delivery, the minimum cost deducted will be £3.00 to a maximum of £5.00.
If your jewellery has been despatched by Special Delivery, the minimum cost deducted will be £8.00 to a maximum of £15.00
The right to cancel does not apply to the following:
Goods made to a consumer's specification or earrings

Your jewellery is guaranteed for six months against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. Please maintain the condition of your jewellery by removing when bathing, swimming, sleeping or when undertaking manual or domestic work.
Please note that I cannot offer any guarantee for the chains from which the pendants are hung - these are merely an 'added extra' to ensure that you can wear your pendant on receipt.
